OUR ETHOS

We believe global climate change is one of the most critical threats our planet faces today. Interior designers and architects have a tremendous opportunity and responsibility to combat climate change by reducing the carbon footprint of the built environment. This can be achieved in a host of ways including the curation of sustainable, non-toxic materials, renewable energy systems, attention to water and energy efficiency, the list goes on. It is our top priority to seamlessly incorporate environmentally friendly design solutions into each project. Sustainable design not only benefits our planet but also communities, families, and individuals living and working in these spaces every day.

Equally important is the implementation of features that nurture and protect the occupant’s physical and psychological well-being. Many of the sustainable practices we infuse into the design also enhance the human experience and the health of the occupant.

Our mission at Casa Metta is for the spaces we design to tell your unique story, to bring you joy through design, and for your home to radiate loving-kindness (metta) not only towards those who dwell in it but also to our planet.
